Salesperson to Broker

• Illinois Salesperson licensees MUST transition to Broker by April 30, 2012 or forfeit their license.
• Transitioned Brokers must complete 18 hours of CE by 4/30/2012.
• Broker is the new entry level license.

Broker to Managing Broker

• Self-sponsored Brokers MUST transition to Managing Broker by April 30, 2012.
• Brokers who don't choose to transition must complete 12 hours of CE by 4/30/2012.
• Managing Brokers must complete 18 hours of CE plus the 12 hour Broker Management Course by 4/30/2013.

Coldwell Banker offers 3 options for the required Illinois License Transition:

• 3 hour Review Course (3 CE credit hours) - must be completed by 3/16/2012
• Home Study Course (3 CE credit hours) - must be completed by 3/16/2012
• 30 Hour Transition Course (satisfies the full 18 hour CE requirement) - must be completed by 4/30/2012.

Each option is followed by an exam.

All Courses are approved by The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), The Indiana Real Estate Commission or The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL).
